Who We Are

At ER Watchdog, we stand up for patients dissatisfied with their ER visit. Were you treated with compassion and professionalism? Was your privacy respected? Did your provider introduce themselves, listen to your concerns, and explain test results and follow-up care? Was your medical record accurate and authored by the provider who treated you? Does your bill reflect the care you received? Did you need to return to the ER after being discharged home and have to be admitted to the hospital?

Our dedicated team of experts is here to analyze all aspects of your ER care and advocate on your behalf to resolve any issues.

Our Mission

At ER Watchdog, our mission is to challenge hospital practices that put profits over
patients—like ER bed shortages, understaffing, and patient “boarding,” which lead to
overcrowding and delays. We also expose deceptive tactics like “greet by provider”
exams, superficial interactions that mislead the public without delivering real care.

Beyond advocacy, we help patients fight unfair bills and report violations to Medical
Boards, the DOJ, Medicare, and Public Health agencies.

We’re here to hold hospital Emergency Rooms accountable—because emergency care should serve patients, not corporate profits.
